The gospel mandate in Titus 2:3–5 captivated my heart twenty years ago. I did not have a mentor to instruct me in the ways of biblical womanhood, so I looked to the older women in my life and gleaned what I could by observing how they interacted with their families, total strangers, and others in the community. I longed for someone to show me how to raise godly children, manage my home and submit to my husband.
WFES has become that for women in Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. I am a firm believer that "the most effective path to long-term growth and healing happens in the context of community". I am determined to create spaces that help foster personal connections between women of different generations while also clearing paths so she may access the resources she needs so she can be at her best at all times.
